Return Policy at Elizabeth Samuel
Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us. Below is the current policy as of January 2022.
- Though we work hard to ensure that all orders and transactions go as smoothly and as error free as possible, we know that sometimes mistakes happen due to unforeseen circumstances. In the rare occasion that there is an issue with your order, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please be aware that we do not cover return shipping costs. If you would like to return a product, please do so within 15 calendar days from delivery. All sales past this timeframe are final.
- All sales on products marked "on sale" are final sale.
- All furniture sales are FINAL. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
- Returned or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to an inaccurate mailing address are subject to a reshipment fee. Refunds are not provided for packages with an incorrect mailing address.
- International orders outside of the United States of America may not be returned or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of products.
